The Breath Lab Method 1:1
$175

Six weeks. One clinician. Your specific pattern.
 

This is the most direct, personalized path to fixing what's holding you back. We start with a full clinical assessment - mechanics, core, posture, nervous system, performance. From there, every session is built around what we find. Nothing generic. Nothing borrowed from someone else's protocol.
 

Week one is your assessment. Weeks two through six are progressive retraining - building from the mechanics up through core integration, postural correction, nervous system regulation, and finally performance application. By the end you won't just breathe better. You'll move better, recover faster, and perform with less effort.


This is for the athlete who wants the full clinical picture and a guide through every step of it.
 

What's included:

  • Full initial breathing mechanics assessment

  • 5 weeks of progressive 1:1 retraining sessions

  • Core, posture, and movement integration

  • Nervous system regulation and recovery work

  • Running and performance-specific application

  • Written protocol you keep beyond the program

  • In-studio in Beachville, ON or virtual.

    Already completed a standalone breathing assessment? Your $175 carries forward - you pay $375 to move into the full program.

This is the clinical system taught as a structured self-paced course. You'll move through the same framework as the 1:1 program - mechanics, core and posture, nervous system regulation, and performance application - at a pace that works for your schedule.
 

It's not a collection of breathing exercises. It's a progressive retraining protocol built on the same clinical principles, designed to create real, lasting pattern change.
 

This is for the athlete who wants the framework without the 1:1 price point - and who is ready to do the work independently.
